I called and spoke to Wade in regards to my concern about receiving 2 different emails and same Trip ID numbers, of which in my mind lead me to believe and think I was being charged 2 times, after his explanation of what it is, immediately i felt a huge relief. Great customer service.
Adam Smith was my representative helping me. He went above and beyond to help change my flight and also get me a refund for a previous flight. This was a difficult refund to get because a hurricane was coming to the destination we were going to, but it was not quite there yet so flights were still in route, not canceled. But we did not want to get stuck staying in that destination, why I needed to cancel the flight. Thank you Adam very much for your help. It made a stressful situation much better!

I booked a flight using Lookbyfare and I noticed I made a mistake. Within 24hrs I called customer service to make the change. The first time I called the information was not explained clearly to my understanding. So, 1 called a second time and spoke to Caren from customer service and she gave me clarity on the booking reservations.
