Having come into existence in the year 1999 by the name NewAir, JetBlue is the sixth largest airline operational in the United States of America. Headquartered at Brewster Building in Long Island City of New York, John F. Kennedy International Airport serves as the main operating base for the air carrier. Courtesy of its fleet size of 254 aircraft, the air carrier operates 1,000 flights on daily basis to and from more than 100 destinations across New York, Fort Lauderdale, Boston, Los Angeles, Orlando, Long City and San Juan. Transporting a whopping 42 million passengers every year speaks volumes about the successful story of JetBlue in aviation sector so far. Free Wi-Fi, personal TV, unlimited snacks and beverages, optimum legroom are certain in-flight services among others that passengers enjoy aboard. With so much on offer, it's hard to overlook the airline and make travel plans without it. So, make your JetBlue reservations and fly in style.
Each passenger flying via any of the JetBlue flights is allowed to bring one carry-on bag in addition to a personal item with them in the cabin of the aircraft. Both carry-on bag and personal item, however, must adhere to size restrictions, which are maximum 22" L x 14" W x 9" H and 17" L x 13" W x 8" H respectively. Also, they must fit either in the overhead compartment or under the passenger seat in front.
As far as the Checked Baggage is concerned, the airline accepts the in-hold items which do not carry the weight more than 50 pounds and have overall dimensions (length + width + height) less than 62 inches.
