I appreciate the feeling of confidence every time I book with Lookbyfare. I’ve been using this company for years and was asking for the same person year after year because of the level of security that I felt about my traveling needs being meet. Today I received service from a different person than I normally did in the past. Today, Harry Cooper was very successful in putting all of my concerns to rest in dealing with someone new. He made sure that all of my information was correct in the system, he found me the perfect flight times for my departure and return, and he show a level of patience and compassion that is greatly appreciated in customer service these days. 5 star service from Harry. Thank you so much.
Executive Olympia Pyne was very patient, supportive and helpful as she assisted me with securing my plane tickets. She listened and offered me support as I voiced my frustrations with my bank having declined my case many times today.
