Erik Neilson Whitehorse International Airport serves as the main operation hub for the air carrier. With a fleet size of 9 aircraft, the airline carries its operations to and from 11 destinations, namely Calgary, Dawson City, Edmonton, Kelowna, Victoria, Inuvik, Old Crow, Ottawa, Vancouver, Whitehorse and Yellowknife. BAGGAGE POLICY
The airline allows each of its passengers traveling via Air North flights to bring one piece of carry-on baggage and one personal item with them in the cabin of the aircraft as long as the combined weight of both the articles is less than 22 lbs. Also, they must fulfill size specifications, which are at most 9 x 15 x 21 inches for the cabin bag while 6 x 16 x 13 inches for the personal item.
In regard to the Checked Baggage, passengers are permitted to check in 2 pieces of in-hold luggage. The combined weight of both the pieces must be less than 100 lbs if flying via Southern routes whereas it must be at most 44 lbs if passengers are bound for Northern routes. Each piece of Checked Baggage, however, must be within linear dimensions of 62 inches.
