BAGGAGE POLICY
The airline allows each passenger to bring one piece of carry-on along with a personal item in the cabin of the aircraft. The dimensions of the carry-on bag must be less than 16 x 8 x 22 inches. Also, the maximum allowed combined weight is 40 lbs in both First and Prestige Class whereas it’s 25 lbs in Economy Class.
Pertaining to the Checked Baggage, passengers flying via Korean Air flights bound for USA can check luggage as free baggage allowance as long as no piece is exceeding the dimensions of 62 inches in linear. Passengers traveling in Economy Class, Prestige Class and Business Class are entitled to send 2 pieces with each weighing at most 51 lbs, 2 pieces with each having weight less than 71 lbs and 3 pieces with each carrying weight up to 71 lbs respectively into the hold of the aircraft.
