Vietnam Airlines, incepted in May of 1995, is the flag carrier of Vietnam. Its headquarters are based out of Long Biên District in Hanoi. The airline has an extensive flying network which consists of 94 routes. BAGGAGE POLICY 

All passengers traveling via Vietnam Airlines flights are allowed to bring hand baggage with them on board as long as it meets the requirements in terms of weight and size. Business Class and Premium Economy Class passengers are entitled to bring 2 pieces of carry-on in addition to an accessory, given that their total weight does not exceed 40 lbs. Passengers traveling in Economy Class are allowed to carry one piece of hand baggage besides an accessory, provided that both of them weigh at most 26 lbs. It should be noted that the dimensions of each carry-on piece and the accessory must be less than 22x14x9 inches and 16x12x6 inches respectively.

When it comes to the Checked Baggage, all passengers can check-in one piece of luggage into the hold of the aircraft as free baggage allowance. The maximum permitted weight for each piece of in-hold baggage is 70 lbs in Business Class and 50 lbs in Economy Premium and Economy Class. No single piece can exceed the linear dimensions of 62 inches.
