Bert was an **exceptional** representative for your company. During our phone call, the line went dead and I could hear him but he couldn’t hear me. He stayed on the line for several minutes allowing me the time to try and figure out what had happened. Unfortunately I was unable to correct it and Bert said he had to hang up due to lack of response. This is where it gets good — BERT CALLED ME BACK!! I cannot tell you what a huge relief that was to me, to not have to start all over from scratch with a different agent. The flight was OK but one time landed the the time to get the luggage was very long. Took me at least one hour leave the airport.
